To honor the memory of Lorraine Power Tharp, a former partner at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, The New York Bar Foundation has established The Real Property Law Section Lorraine Power Tharp Scholarship with a gift of $10,000 from the State Bar’s Real Property Law Section. Ms. Tharp was a former community leader who previously served as president of the New York State Bar Association (2002-03) and as chair of the Real Property Law Section.
