New York State’s Article 10 is the siting statute for electric generating facilities over 25 MW. This seminar provided an overview of the new law governing the siting of electric generating facilities in New York and the process for obtaining certification. The panelists were posed with a series of hypothetical questions to provide a practical analysis of the law.
