Terresa Bakner, a partner at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, recently spoke at the HalfMoon LLC New York Water Laws and Regulations seminar in New York City on Wednesday, February 29, 2012.

Ms. Bakner’s presentation was entitled “Complying with Water Quality Laws and Regulations” and discussed the regulations for state and federal water quality, surface water quality standards, wetlands and other special protections.
