Scott Fein, a partner at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, recently spoke at the Albany Law School’s Government Law Center’s Candid Conversations Luncheon Discussion on Thursday, May 24, 2012.

Mr. Fein’s discussion was entitled, “New York’s Public Authorities – Are they the Government.” The discussion addressed the function of Public Authorities and if they are the Government.
