Javid Afzali and Emily Perks Quinlan, Associates with Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, were recently recognized by the Northern District of New York-Federal Court Bar Association for their pro bono work.  Mr. Afzali and Ms. Perks Quinlan served as pro bono trial counsel in a federal civil rights action to an individual  who was unable to afford legal representation.  Without the public service, professionalism and dedication provided by Mr. Afzali and Ms. Perks Quinlan, the legal needs of the underprivileged would have gone unfulfilled.
